Mum shares six-year-old son’s sceptical letter to Santa and it’s too funny

Turns out everyone isn't a fan of Santa.

He’s definitely not a fan of St Nick.

It’s finally December now and with the holidays just around the corner, many kids are already excitedly penning their letters to Santa.

But one little boy found the task a bit more daunting than you would expect.

Rather than listing off his most wished-for toys, the schoolboy took the time to tell Santa about his “emty” life.

The note to the man in red was shared online by US radio journalist Sarah McCammon.

She explained in a tweet that her six year old son had to write the note to Santa as part of a class project.

But the disgruntled little boy was clearly a bit put off by the task, beginning the latter by telling Santa he was “only doing this for the class”.

He went on to call out St Nick over how many kids were on his naughty and nice lists (both of which he said were empty), before taking another dig at him.

He wrote:

“I know your notty list is emty. And your good list is emty. and your life is empty.

“You don’t know the trouble I’ve had in my life.”

He finished off the note by telling Santa that he didn’t want to tell him his name, and decorating the margins with wreaths and skulls.

The boy’s disgruntled note has quickly racked up fans, with more than 6,000 people retweeting it.

But his mum was quick to clarify what troubles the little lad has had in his life.

She added:

“PS – the “troubles” in his life? His brother. Don’t call child services. ?
