She wrote that she originally didn't post the photo while she and her daughter were on holidays, because she "hated" how her stomach looked. The mum-of-one wrote:
"As much as I try to be self confident and be positive about my appearance, it’s not just a switch and one day you’re completely 110% okay with yourself. "It’s a daily thing, and you have good and bad days."
Olivia then went on to say that it's difficult to remind yourself that you are worthy every day, but that she knows it's just her brain trying to trick her into believing that she isn't.
"This is a beautiful moment between my daughter and I - a memory I want to treasure forever and nothing can ruin that."
Olivia's post has received over 3,500 likes online with people praising the mum's decision to post the photo and for encouraging others to be okay with however their bodies look. "This is a beautiful photo," wrote one user. "Thank you for writing this message," said another. "Really hit home with me as a mumma of a 10-month-old."
