She captioned the post with two heart eye emojis, and a blue picture that says “It’s a boy!”
The Irish TV & Radio Broadcaster is also a qualified Fitness Instructor, and kept her fans updated on her pregnancy in her blog, Fit Mam 2b.
In her final post she wrote: “I have finally taken everyone’s advice on board & I am relaxing now, getting to bed early and making the most of the last stage of pregnancy.
“It could be any day but it also could be another 3 weeks so with that in mind I’m not trying to get too impatient. Baby will come when he or she is ready I’m sure.

“I am so happy that I’ve had a fairly uncomplicated pregnancy, aside from the sickness in the beginning and the heartburn later – it has been fine. Studies show that fitness will have a very positive effect on labour & recovery so I hope I can come out the other side and confirm these studies!”
We’re delighted she welcomed a happy and healthy baby boy.
