All are equally gorgeous.
Sophie Cachia, an Australian mother of two and blogger at The Young Mummy, has told of how she debated over the name of her baby girl dfor quite some time.
If she had a daughter, she always thought she would name her Audrey, owing to a longtime admiration of Audrey Hepburn.
However, it wasn’t to be and the first name she and husband Jaryd decided on was Betty but ‘it wasn’t right’. Next, came Missy and it lasted for 48 hours and then it evolved to Florence Margaret.
All’s well that ends well…not really.
As Sophie explains in the above Instagram post:
‘Margaret was only supposed to be the middle name if she was called Betty, and Florence was always supposed to be Florence Gigi after Jaryd’s sister.
The 26-year-old goes on to say:
‘But I totally fu**ed the whole thing up and now my experience with naming a girl is one gigantic clusterfuck of fu**ups’.
However, the proud parents are pretty happy with their final decision when naming their baby girl:
‘So now LEGALLY she’s Florence Margaret but we call her Florence Gigi (ESPECIALLY now since she’s her Aunty Gigi’s mini-twin!!!) So yeah… basically I suck at naming girls’.
Sophie, who’s also mum to son Bobby, has gained quite a following thanks to her honest posts on parenting and you check more of her thoughts and tales here.
