For many of us, four seems like plenty but for Victoria Beckham it mightn’t be enough.

Victoria is already has a mum of four but it’s reported that she’s now keen to add to her family.

A source has said that the designer wants to have another baby.

She and David are parents to Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13 and 6-year-old Harper.

Victoria’s close friend Eva Longoria is currently expecting her first child and watching her go through pregnancy has reportedly made Victoria broody.

“Vic always said that, after Harper, she would never have any more kids, but seeing how radiant Eva looks seems to have really changed her mind,” the source told Heat magazine.

Eva is just a year younger than the former Spice Girl, the source noted, and with Victoria’s children beginning to grow up and spread their wings (Brooklyn has moved out of home and is studying in New York), she’s said to think that having a baby will bring the family closer together.

She and David are now in their forties and if they do go on to have another child, there’s plenty of reason why it’ll be a good thing – at least according to research.

A study published in the International Journal of Epidemiology last year found that children born to older mums today are more likely to perform better in tests of cognitive ability compared to 40 years ago.

Women who have babies in their 40s or 50s tend to live longer than other women also tend to live longer than others, according to study at the University of Utah.

If that weren’t enough, the offspring of older women are less likely to have accidents or need hospital care, it was announced at a Royal College Of Paediatrics And Child Health conference in Glasgow in 2012.
