This mom is receiving mixed reactions for her Disney baby name choice

"Would you make a comment about Frozen?"

One mum has reached out to fellow mums for help over her baby name drama. The user who goes by the name of @felicitythemangyfox wants to name her daughter Elsa as she adores the name, but fears people will associate it with the popular Disney film Frozen. In Frozen, the main character's name is Elsa and since the film first hit our screens in 2013, the name has been highly associated to the film. This is what one mum fears by naming her child Elsa, so she asked for advice on Mumsnet by saying:

"Would you make a comment about Frozen? I don't really care what people think inside their own heads but also don't want to get so annoyed with comments that I end up punching someone.. Thanks for any thoughts.."

Her biggest fear is that everyone will say... "ah your naming your child Elsa, like from Frozen?". And so far, the responses have been mixed. Some moms don't believe it won't be an issue while others do. One mom said:

"I wouldn't say it out loud but I would think of Frozen, as will most people with small children in their lives whether they are their own children, ones they work with or family members. Unfortunately I think there will be few who don't make the connection but hopefully most will be polite enough not to say 'like out of Frozen' although I wouldn't hold your breath. If I'm honest I think you will be fed up of hearing the comment before she even started school."
