Three Dublin Girls Nights Out We all Deserve Right NOW!

Sophie White

How often do you get a night out with the girls?

I think most of us can agree it’s not often enough, this is why we try to make an effort to celebrate as much as we can. Hen does, baby showers, Tuesdays… Any excuse will do. When you’re with your best buds a trip to the recycling centre can be fun but sometimes there’s nothing like getting glam and hitting the town (or at least getting out of the house).

Are you planning a hen? Or maybe a baby shower with a difference? Here’re three nights to enjoy with your best girls:

Karaoke and Sushi at Ukiyo

Ukiyo restaurant on Exchequer Street is a Dublin Institution, any night we’ve ended up down in one of their karaoke rooms belting out Gangster’s Paradise has been a memorable (ish!) evening. The restaurant upstairs serves some of the best Japanese food in the city, and they do party packages with food, wine, and karaoke from €49.

Nail Soiree with Tropical Popical

There’s nails, there’s cocktails, there’s tunes – what more do we need for a girls night out? Tropical Popical is the capital’s fave cult nail bar; their epic nail styling has to be seen to be believed.

Get ten (or more) of your nearest and dearest besties together and take over Tropical Popical’s city centre studio, from €25 a head, including mini manicure. Parties can bring also their own drinks or cocktails and snacks which is undeniably good for the budget.

Just for Girls at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel

This night is perfect for a birthday, hen night or just a great day out with your besties. The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel (just off George’s Street) have teamed up with Beauty Bootcamp for this very cool package.

We road-tested this awesome night out recently, and it was wall-to-wall luxury from clean sheets (CLEAN SHEETS!) to a bed to myself, never mind the delicious afternoon tea and brilliant ‘Beauty Bootcamp’ hosted by beauty expert and Beauty Bootcamp founder, Liz Dwyer who talked us through the latest make up trends and style tips. Liz was really funny and engaging as she talked us through all the insider techniques, products and tricks needed to create clean, glossy daytime looks and glam, evening make up.

The Just For Girls night out includes the use of either the Sky Suite or the Presidential Suite with stunning views of the city and wrap around balcony to lounge on while enjoying a few Proseccos. Better yet all products and tools are provided, so the suite is completely transformed into a total beauty playground for the afternoon.

After glamming up, enjoy afternoon tea in plush surrounds with panoramic views of the city. Delectable delights include Marino oak smoked salmon, smoked turkey with bacon, rocket, and cranberry on rosemary focaccia along with divine sweet treats, think warm and buttery fruit scones, with lemon curd and clotted cream and white chocolate and raspberry tians.

Packages start from €95 per person with overnight stays available from €220 per room Bed and Breakfast.
