This cot hack is so handy if you have two babies using a cot at the same time

Melissa Carton

Sometimes in life, two cribs are required.

Whether you’re a parent to twins or Irish twins (children born close in age), there may come a time when you need to have two cots on the go at the same time.

Not only can this be a bit of a pain space wise but there is also the risk that your little daredevils might try to climb from crib to crib which can be dangerous.

If you’ve currently got the two cot dilemma, worry not because this parent has come up with the perfect hack that will have both your babies and yourself sleeping soundly at night.

I know it looks cosy enough for you to climb into yourself.

Shared by the Moms Mean Business Network, this home hack is so easy but effective in keeping your tiny tots contained in a safe way.

Simply remove one of the walls of each cot and join them together to make one big cot.

Then place the mattresses in the other direction so that there’s no chance of little limbs getting caught between them or the slats of the cot.

Super straightforward and will keep you from fretting that they’ve gotten into any cot related mischief once you’ve left the room.
