Four-year-olds’ responses to being told they couldn’t ‘be twins’

There is nothing worse in this world than being told you can't be twins with your best friend.

It's shocking, it's rude, and it absolutely should not be tolerated. This is exactly what happened to four-year-old best friends, Jia and Zuri. So for a while now, the girls have been calling themselves twins - and why not? They can be twins if they want to be twins, after all. Plus they have the same birthday too which makes it even more legit. One person did try to tell them they couldn't be twins though because of the colours of their skin. And Jia had the best (and most sweetest) response in the whole entire world. Her sister, who goes by the name 'Vickto_willy' on Twitter, shared Jia's response as well as a few adorable images of the girls. https://twitter.com/vickto_willy/status/927314652790493184 The screenshot of the text reads:

"Jia just had a full on argument with two fisher island school girls that she are Zuri are twins. "She cried because the little girl said 'there is no way you don't have the same colour skin.' "She said 'You don't know anything, we're twins because we have the same birthday."

In a further Facebook post shared about the incident, it was revealed that Jia had also said that she and Zuri had "the same soul." Too. Cute. Jia's sister then went on to share images of the girls as they were being interviewed about the fact that they're twins. ... And they look absolutely adorable.
