Three-year-old writes viral song about ‘Dinosaurs In Love’ and it’s so sweet

Most children love to mess around with musical instruments and see what sounds they make but not all of them turn those sounds into a viral hit song. One little girl did and not only that, it's being described as one of the most devastating love ballads of our time. Want to listen for yourself? Here it is, but fair warning, you're going to need a box of tissues. The John Lewis commercials have nothing on this three-year-old (yes she's only three). When she says they never said goodbye, I nearly crumbled it was so heartbreaking and lovely at the same time. Written by Fenn Rosenthal, with a little help from her dad Tom who is a London based musician, this one-minute long song has so much depth it's hard to believe a toddler wrote it. When asked about how much was actually his daughter's doing Tom said that she wrote all the words, he just helped her figure out the tune to sing it to. The song covers all the usual themes you would expect in an emotional love ballad, the first meeting, falling in love, loss. The only thing that is unexpected is that it's been written by a pre-schooler. Talk about talent. Dinosaurs In Love has been viewed over 200,000 times on YouTube with many praising the little girl's song writing skills;

I'm with the last commenter as I think this would make a beautiful children's book, especially for very young children coming to terms with a loss. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to go listen to this song on repeat for the next hour...with a box of tissues.
