This popular baby fair is back and the tickets are being snapped up

Melissa Carton

This looks like a fantastic day out.

The Wear a Hug Fair is back and as popular as ever with 70 per cent of their early bird tickets already snapped up!

The fair, organised by Babywearing Ireland, is a great chance for parents to attend talks, browse the wide variety of stalls and get to know other parents, all while bonding with their baby.

With over 50 vendors attending this year’s fair with everything from cloth nappies, to organic clothing and nursery decor, parents and parents-to-be are sure to be able to tick off a few ‘to buy’ items from their list.

Taking place in City North Hotel and Conference Centre, County Meath on October 20, the fair will run from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Shopping isn’t the only thing available to those attending as this year they will have a great lineup of speakers on a wide range of topics from babywearing to living sustainably.

There will also be lots of chances to win fantastic prizes on the day.

If that wasn’t enough there will be an amazing playroom with entertainment for the whole family with children being able to take part in face painting, arts and crafts and of course Gymboree will be providing lots of fun and games for children of all ages.

Tickets are €6.50 per adult and children under 16 are free.
