The countdown to Christmas is on!

There's a few TV related traditions that I have every Christmas and one is to binge watch the Christmas episodes of my favourite TV shows. Now while some TV shows only do a Christmas special here or there, there is one show in particular that always makes sure to have a Christmas episode every season. That of course is Gilmore Girls. To be honest, once Winter hits Stars Hallow you're guaranteed festive vibes but there are actually dedicated Christmas episodes in each season. Even though I thoroughly recommend binge watching every season of Gilmore Girls from start to finish, if it's just the Christmas episodes that you're after we have them all listed below from season one to A Year In The Life, for your convenience.

So here it is every single Gilmore Girls Christmas episode from its eight seasons:

  Season One: Episode Ten - Forgiveness and Stuff Emily suggests that Lorelai skip the annual Christmas dinner at the elder Gilmores' home after Lorelai says she can't leave work early to get there on time. Things take a turn when Richard falls sick. Season Two: Episode Ten - The Bracebridge Dinner While Rory struggles to keep the budding rivalry between Dean and Jess under control, Lorelai invites most of the citizens of Stars Hollow to an elaborate feast complete with Elizabethan costumes and horse-drawn sleigh rides. Season Three: Episode Ten - That'll Do, Pig Jess is uncomfortable finding out that Rory and Dean have talked and are friendly. Emily takes Lorelai's advice about how to coexist with a difficult woman: Richard's imperious mother. Season Four: Episode Eleven - In the Clamor and the Clangor New church bells set everyone on edge. More edginess: When Lorelai discovers Luke has moved, she freaks. When Mrs. Kim discovers Lane's secret rock-'n'-roll life, she throws her out of the house. Season Five: Episode Eleven - Women of Questionable Morals Rory continues to give her dad the cold shoulder until she learns his father has passed away. Lorelai spends time comforting Christopher but keeps it from Luke, and Richard and Emily find a lost dog. Season Six: Episode Twelve - Just Like Gwen and Gavin Knowing he has let too much time go by, Luke is still unable to tell Lorelai about the existence of his 12-year-old daughter, April, and he is thrown into a panic when April wants to hang out with him at the diner. When April and Lorelai both show up at the diner and begin chatting, April innocently explains that Luke is her father. Season Seven: Episode Eleven - Santa's Secret Stuff Lorelai and Christopher put the holidays on hold until Rory returns from London. Luke asks Lorelai to write a recommendation letter for his custody battle. A Year In The Life : Winter Fresh from a career high, Rory pays a visit to Stars Hollow. Emily copes with Richard's death. The inn keeps Lorelai busy as she ponders her future.
