Babies and burpees: Fitness vlogger shows how to exercise at home

Jordan Cruttenden from Babies & Burpees shows us how easy it is

Lauren Tracey

How many of us use tiredness an excuse to get out of exercising? If it’s not the state of the house or the hours spent in the car, you’d be happy to get down to those squats and planks, right?

Well, this savvy mum Jordan Cruttenden has found her way around all those excuses.

Creator of Babies & Burpees, a facebook page that plays host to her fitness videos. Jordan is a trained personal trainer, an aerobics instructor and a Pilates level 3 instructor, and wanted to help motivate other women who felt that they couldn’t keep in shape.

While you’re watching, you’re most likely to see her two-year-old, Otis and five-year-old, Autumn make an appearance.

You’ll probably also see a whole heap of messy toys, too, but for Jordan, that’s the beauty of what she does.

“I’ve normally got kids hanging off me and an untidy lounge, but that’s life, and I wanted to show that you can still make a difference to your body,” she says.

“The kids join in, they have grown up with me exercising and they love it. Sometimes they play up but I don’t edit that out and I think mums appreciate the honesty because it’s like that for them too.”
