The exercise behind Holly Willoughby’s weight loss is surprisingly simple

It helped the mum-of-three shed her baby weight, her trainer claims.

We could definitely get on board with this.

Holly Willoughby has been killing the style game lately with some stunning looks, and fans have also recently noticed the presenter’s leaner frame.

Holly, who is 36, has always been tight-lipped about her diet and exercise but told ITV’s Lorraine Kelly recently that she is “happy and healthy” in her new shape.

She admitted that as her kids, eight-year-old Harry James, six-year-old Belle and two-year-old Chester William, are getting older she now has more time for keeping fit.

Now a trainer who has worked with Holly has revealed the ITV star came to her after the birth of her second child in 2011 and took up pilates to get back in shape.

“I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week,” Lynne Robinson of Body Control Pilates, told The Mirror.

While pilates alone won’t shift weight, it can complement other forms of exercise to help with toning.

“Holly had postnatal matt work classes, which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core,” added Lynne.

“The exercises help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”
