Serves 2
Ingredients
A handful of spinach
A handful of romaine lettuce
A ripe banana
A pear
1/4 of a cucumber, chopped
One stalk of celery
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Juice of half a lemon
Four fresh mint leaves
Five fresh parsley leaves
A thumb sized piece of ginger
A tablespoon of Chia seeds
Directions
1. Fire all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Say 'hey' to a healthy tummy and 'bu-bye' to bloating.
Any leftovers?
