Master this healthy slump day smoothie (it really works)

This week is still happening whether we like it or not. Let’s break the cycle of tiredness and lethargy and skip ‘slump day’ next week shall we? What we need is something brim full of goodness to beat the downswing.

Buy a few different melons and prepare this delicious, antioxidant-rich smoothie to revive your bod. You won’t be sorry:

Ingredients

2 cups of butterhead lettuce
1 cup of cantaloupe melon
1 cup of pink watermelon
1 cup of honeydew melon
1 banana
1/8 cup of Goji berries
1 or 2 cups of filtered water or plain coconut water

Directions

1. Remove all pips and seeds from melons.

2 Blend ingredients on a high setting.

3. Say “Mmmm!”really loudly to make it more effective.
