Michelle Obama has launched a fitness video – WE KID YOU NOT. But this video is super-special as it's in tandem with the amazing White House campaign 'Let's Move' to stem obesity in children.
So, now we know about those envied, defined arms she is known for.
With the First Lady's normally composed demeanor, it's great to see her pared-back in her everyday workout gear. Isn't she just so normal and so inspiring?
And she doesn't shy away from showing off her fitness poses – she has even worked out with TV presenter Ellen in a live TV push-up contest! She beat the host hands-down, declaring "I could have done 35 but, I stopped 'cos I felt bad for you?".
What an amazing example for young people to get up off the sofa and get energised.
