This turmeric smoothie is the perfect potion to help heal any broken or tired souls after the weekend.
Championed in Chinese medicine, turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and restores energy in the body. It is said to help ease menstrual pains, flatulence, joint aches, toothaches and jaw pain. (As a girl who has a dislocated disc in her jaw, I should know.) It has a mild orange flavour and is super-nutritious combined with the ingredients in this particular recipe.
Say ‘goodbye’ to dull mornings and ‘hello’ to the new energised you…
