For stuffy noses

Suitable for babies aged three months and over, Snufflebabe Vapour Rub is a mild decongestant containing a gentle blend of eucalyptus oil, menthol and thyme oil. The vapours help to ease nasal congestion so they can feed more comfortably and sleep more soundly. Rub a small amount onto your baby’s chest or throat or dab onto a handkerchief or tissue placed near their bedside.

TIP: To help stop very young children transferring the product into their eyes, you can tie the handkerchief or tissue to something just out of reach.

For chapped lips

Chapped lips and sore noses are par for the course when it comes to winter colds. Soothe them overnight by dabbing on Elizabeth Arden’s amazing Eight Hour Cream before bed. You’ll see a visible improvement by morning and the hydrating effect lasts for hours.

For aching muscles

Wheat has a unique cellular structure which can absorb heat or cold quickly and then release it evenly. This makes a wheat bag a wonderful and safe alternative to a hot water bottle. The relaxing and calming properties of lavender are well known too; simply heat your wheat bag in a microwave on full heat for two minutes (times vary) or alternatively cool in the fridge, then gently place on the sore muscle. These ones are handmade in Cork and come in bag or neck warmer shapes.
