We all know how important sleep is (especially when we can’t get enough), but did you know that the way you and your partner sleep says a lot about your relationship?
Body language is a key indicator of the way we feel, especially during sleep – when our subconscious minds take over. This means the positions we assume while snoozing with our partners can tell a lot about what’s really going on in our relationships.
“Even if you can’t or don’t articulate those things while you’re awake,” says Patti Wood, a body language expert and author of Success Signals, A Guide to Reading Body Language.
Yikes.
According to LittleThings.com, here are the ten most popular couple sleeping positions, and what they say about a relationship. The only one they seem to be missing is, however, is ‘Three In The Bed’ – the one where a starfish-shaped toddler is wedged between the pair of you.
