From baby weaning tips to how she keeps her fridge organised, Stacey Solomon is on a one-woman mission to teach us all some pretty nifty hacks.
And now, as England is sweltering through an epic heatwave, the 30-year-old mum-of-three has taken to Instagram stories to let her followers know just how she beats the heat to get a good nights sleep.
As temperatures across the UK soared this week, Solomon revealed how she and her family were coping with the hot weather.
In an adorable snap shared to Instagram stories, she shared a photo of herself with two of her three sons asleep across her chest.
Captioning the image, Solomon wrote:
'Two down' adding a flexing arm emoji.
Revealing her top hack to help herself drift off, the crafty mum explained: "Going to carry them to bed and then have a nice cool bath."

The TV personality shared a snap on Instagram stories of her very inviting looking chilled bubble bath, that she had filled with petal leaves and set off with a tray of flowers and candles and an ice-filled drink, to help her relax in style before going to bed.
Lucky for her, it seems the kids were worn out from all their fun earlier that day, leaving Solomon to enjoy her bath in peace.
Earlier in the day, she shared a video of her doing some multi-tasking as she jet washed her patio and turned the water on her boys Leighton and Zacheray to cool them down.
"Killing two birds with one stone. A fun activity for the children and my patio is getting a clean."
And before the trolls had a chance to start, she added:
"Don't worry they are far away and it's on the softest spray."
