The latest fitness challenge is here, but have YOU got the stomach for it?

First came the 1,000 Squat Challenge, which many of us (and by that I mean me) dutifully printed out and followed for at least two days until sitting down, even on the sofa, became unreasonably difficult. 

Now there’s a new challenge in town, and it’s much, much worse.

The dastardly work of world-famous Blogilates blogger Cassey Ho, the 1,000 Abs Challenge involves 10 moves, of which you do 100 reps each.

MATHS: That’s 100 reps. Of each exercise. So 1,000 reps. Yes, seriously.

In the tutorial, available for free on YouTube, the fitness instructor, named one of Greatist’s Top 25 Health & Fitness Influencers in the World alongside Michelle Obama, takes the viewer through each and every rep in 29.25 minutes.

We don’t know about you but we need a cup of tea and a sit down after just watching the video.
