This Is The One Thing Most of Us HATE About Our Partners

Katie Mythen-Lynch

If you have a partner who’s generous with the foot rubs, hold on tight: new research shows that the majority of Irish people find their partner’s feet a total turn-off.

A whopping 66 per cent of Irish people are grossed out by their beloved’s tootsies… and the reasons why are many and varied.

While 35 per cent of Irish women would happily play footsie with Ryan Gosling, 40 per cent agree that long toe nails are a deal breaker when it comes to their own partner.

Thirty per cent of men could not handle an amour with smelly feet, with cracked heels a close second in terms of gross-out factor.

Two thirds of Irish people say they rarely expose their feet in public, with 34 per cent confessing they only get them out of their toenails are freshly painted.

And we’re a self-conscious bunch too: eleven per cent of Irish folk dream of changing the size of their toes, while 16 per cent would give them a total make-over, given the chance.

According to the Scholl Jump Into Summer survey, only one third of us are happy with the feet we have.
