Well, ladies, we have discovered a wonderful and life-changing sleep calculator which will tell you exactly when to go to bed in order to maximise your sleep cycle.

It is a genius little tool that will help you wake up at the most beneficial time (according to science) because it is so specific.

For example, if you have to wake up at 6am, you must go asleep at 8.46pm or 10.16pm)

The amazing part is that the calculator doesn’t just tell you how many hours you get but how many complete sleep cycles you will squeeze in – always interesting to know.

If you are going to bed now it will also tell you the best time for you to wake up – if you can get away with it with the kids.
