3 easy, delicious and healthy-ish weeknight dinners for when you’re busy AF

Family life is hectic.

Never more so than on a weeknight when you often are left trying to not only cook dinner, oversee homework and do a load of laundry, but also, you know, trying to make conversations with both your kids and husband too.

Enter meals that are practically on the table in 10 minutes flat– because who has the time for anything else, frankly.

If you love a bit of dinner inspiration to get your out of a rut, here are three dishes we will absolutely be attempting this week:

1. Spaghetti in Marinara and Fresh Basil

Let’s face it, sometimes simple is best, and this spaghetti with garlic, tomatoes, and fresh basil is delicious proof.

2. Turmeric Chicken Soup

This delicious soup is not only a doddle to make, it also has some serious immune-enhancing properties.

3. Smoked Salmon Pesto Pasta

Just toss pasta with a handful of fresh veggies like asparagus, peas, and greens, then add in some silky smoked salmon. Done.
