Date night? Three dramatic eye looks to vamp up your vibe

Sophie White

Okay, no big deal or anything but…I’m going out tonight. BOOM.

Here’s my three favourite eye makeup tutorials that thus far I have been doing at home on myself of an evening while binge-watching HBO’s The Jinx. (If you haven’t seen it, watch it. NOW.) At last I have an opportunity to take these looks on the road.

1. No drama cut crease illusion

This look is high impact while also being subtle enough to go big in the lip department. Defining the crease of the lid makes eyes appear bigger and more open.

Use:

Bourjois palette, €10.96 at Asos

2. High drama metallics

This look is a much-needed injection of glam essential for those times when you’ve spent the day with somebody else’s vomit in your hair and need a reminder that you are a hot piece of ass.

Pure pigment eye shadow, €16 at Inglot

3. Classic smokey eyes

Match a nude lip to these spectacular eyes for a chic dressy look. This is for when you’re in the mood to be a grown up but with vaguely slutty leanings.
