**Trigger Warning: This article discusses baby loss**

Amanda Holden has shared a beautiful tribute in memory of her stillborn son, Theo.

Over a decade ago, the TV presenter sadly lost her baby, who she was expecting with her husband, Chris Hughes.

The couple share two daughters – Alexa (Lexi) and Hollie – together.

In 2011, the mum suffered the stillborn birth, just one year after she experienced a miscarriage.

Over the years, Amanda has often taken the opportunity to pay tribute to her son, especially on his would-have-been birthdays and Baby Loss Awareness Week.

This year, the Britain’s Got Talent judge carried on this heartbreaking and touching tradition and remembered her son on what would have been a big milestone.

“You would have become a teenager today… #Theo,” she wrote over a picture of a lit candle on Instagram.

In the past, the media personality has been vocal about the trauma she experienced after losing Theo.

“We lost our baby Theo at 28 weeks, and they very sensitively moved me into another room so I could deliver him without having to hear the lovely babies screaming on a normal ward,” she said during a segment on her Heart Radio show.

“Often that’s not thought about, it’s little things like that. I just remember hearing this woman just screaming and screaming and then it was actually – it was me, I realised it was me that was screaming.

“It was the most surreal, out-of-body experience and I was actually calling my daughter’s name because I was just terrified about what to tell Lexi at the time,” Amanda added.

“I held him in my arms and I said goodbye, basically. But I couldn’t have done it without the incredible team around us.

“My husband was so strong and so amazing but they got him through it too.”
