Actress Amilia Keating is now a mum-of-three
Irish actress Amilia Keating has given birth to her third child.
The former ‘Fair City’ star welcomed a healthy baby boy this week and she chose the coolest name for her little boy.
She confirmed the news by sharing a photo of her holding her son shortly after giving birth.
“Bowie Ciaran Keating. Our family is complete,” she shared.
In the sweet photo, Amilia is cradling her newborn son, who is wrapped up in a blanket with a wooly hat on his head.
Her followers showered her with loving messages following the safe arrival of her baby boy.
One wrote: “Love the name, Bowie! Enjoy the newborn cuddles.”
Another added: “Awh what a little angel, congratulations to you both.”
A third shared: “That’s brilliant! Huge congratulations! And what a name.”
The name Bowie is a nod to the iconic singer David Bowie. Her son’s middle name has a special meaning as that was the name of Amilia’s late father-in-law.
Her husband’s father, Ciaran, was sadly killed in a car accident earlier in the year.
Amilia and Conall are already parents to two sons- Sonnie and Reggie.
The proud parents said their family is now complete following the birth of baby Bowie.
They recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in October. Alongside snaps from their wedding day, as well as other special relationship milestones, Amilia paid tribute to her husband.
She wrote: “4 years married, (Almost) 3 kids and I still fancy the pants off you Conall Keating. We are a team. I love you. I’ve got you. Always xx”
Amilia Keating couldn’t have chosen a cooler name for her baby boy. Bowie has become more and more popular with new parents and we’re not one bit surprised.
