Molly-Mae has opened up about life as a first-time mum and says she feels like she is in the midst of a 'mid-life crisis'.
In her latest
YouTube video she got real with her 1.83 million followers and said she’s beginning to feel “off” mentally and just not like herself.
"At the minute, I'm having a midlife crisis,” she explained, “and the fact that solidifies that I'm having a midlife crisis is that I'm sat here with a colouring book and colouring pens.”
She went on to say that
parenting has been full on and she needs "an activity that's not scrolling on my phone.
"I need something where my brain is not being active. I think colouring is the perfect thing for that."
Since having her little bundle of joy,
Bambi, the new mum is experiencing what many new mums go through in the months after the birth.
She said: "I just feel like I really fell off mentally. I've been falling off physically since having Bambi really.
"Mentally, physically, emotionally I just feel like I've been on another planet and I can't even put my finger on why.
“I've just not been myself I don't know why."
Molly went on to explain that she sometimes feels she has become a "different person" in recent years as she continues to "grow up".
A lot has changed for the 24-year-old who said she’s realised she wants much different things.
Describing how up-and-down she has been feeling, Molly-Mae went on to say: "Sometimes I come on my videos and I'm like, 'I'm in such a good place, I'm thriving!' And the vlog after that I'm like, 'I'm in such a bad place, I feel so sad, I can't stop crying'.
“That's me, and I think that's potentially being a woman, being a human.”
She then added: "I'm just changing and I want different things. Do you ever just feel like you don't align with where you're at and you suddenly want to change everything about your life?
"You want to change the way you look, you want to change your work, you want to change what you're doing day to day, you want to change your routine, the way you eat, the way you work out - like literally you want to change everything.
“That is where I'm at right now. I just feel like it's such a transitional moment in my life and I'm so excited."
