The former couple share two children together.
Jeremy Allen White and his estranged wife, Addison Timlin, have filed their custody agreement. It states they will have joint custody of their two young daughters, Ezer Billie, 4, and Dolores Wild, 2.
However, in documents obtained by People, the Shameless star, 32, will be required to undergo alcohol testing when he has custodial time with his children.
According to the filing, he must test using a Soberlink device twice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, three times on Saturdays, and once on a Sunday when he is seeing his daughters.
The Soberlink device is a remote alcohol monitoring system that uses a breathalyser with facial recognition designed to ‘automatically send results in real-time to designated individuals’ according to its website.
The Bear actor must also attend individual therapy sessions at least once a week and at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every week.
In the following days, the Californication actress opened up about being a newly ‘single mom’ and took to Instagram to talk about some of the realities and challenges that come with it.
“Being a single mom is not how I pictured it,” she captioned a series of photos that featured her kids. “It is so f—ing hard. It is all out covered in s— crying on the floor kick you in the shins screaming with no sound coming out hard. It’s not the natural order of things.”

A source revealed to ‘People’ that Timlin has been finding it ‘difficult’ to parent ‘alone’ as White is away film for upcoming projects, but they ultimately have a working co-parenting relationship.
“They are still separated, but getting along. “They love their children and all spend time together. When she filed for divorce, she was upset. Things have settled a bit.”
“When Jeremy works, she feels emotionally drained. There is still a lot of love between them though.”
