Mollie King has given birth to a baby girl
Singer and presenter Mollie King has given birth to her second child. The mum welcomed a beautiful baby girl this month.
She announced the news in a heartwarming post on Instagram this weekend.
The mum said they’re “bursting with happiness” following the birth of their baby girl.
Mollie confirmed her daughter is called Liliana. The name is of English and Latin origin and stems from the lily flower.
The charming moniker means ‘God is an oath’.
However, it can also mean ‘grace’ which is an adorable choice for a little girl.
Alongside a photo of her family’s hands, Mollie wrote: “Welcome to the world beautiful baby Liliana. We are bursting with happiness! You are the most perfect Christmas gift our little family could have ever wished for.”
Before giving birth to her second child, Mollie opened up about how excited she was for her daughter to have a sibling.
She wrote: “Every single day I feel so lucky to be Annabella’s mum, I’m filled with so much hope and excitement for what’s ahead.
“The thought of her becoming a big sister brings me endless joy, I hope she’ll have a little friend for life,” the mum-of-two said.
Mollie’s followers have been busy sending loving messages following her announcement.
“How wonderful and what a beautiful name. Congratulations!” one wrote.
Another added: “Huge congratulations and what a beautiful name. Big love to you all.”
Another wrote: “Oh my goodness what a beautiful name. Congratulations guys.”
Mollie welcomed her daughter Annabella in 2022. Mollie and her fiancé Stuart Broad have been engaged since 2021.
