Prince Harry will likely reunite with his children for his 38th birthday

Prince Harry is marking his 38th birthday today, but it'll be a pretty quiet celebration for the dad-of-two. Following the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Harry has remained in the UK with his wife Meghan Markle. The couple was due to fly back home to America after conducting a couple of engagements in the UK but are obviously now staying in London for the monarch's funeral. However, Prince Harry and Meghan's children may reunite with their dad for his birthday. The parents were hoping to fly their children, Archie and Lilibet, over to London but it has not yet been confirmed if they'll attend their great-grandmother's funeral. A source told OK! magazine that Prince Harry will have a quiet birthday at his London home. "It’s going to be another incredibly sad birthday for Harry, which will surely recall memories of 25 years ago when he turned 13 a couple of weeks after his mother died," Jennie Bond told the publication. "I'm sure he will spend Thursday very, very quietly. There have been suggestions that the children are going to be flown over with Meghan's mother Doria, so he can be reunited with them, but who knows?" "You have to feel for Harry, though, you really do. I'm sure it will be just a very quiet day. "But then again, maybe it will give pause for thought and William and Kate might pop round with a pizza." Earlier this week, Prince Harry paid tribute to his loving grandmother. He thanked her for her years of service, as well as for her infectious smile. The Duke said he takes comfort in knowing she is with his grandfather Prince Philip again.
