Superman is set to become a dad!
Henry Cavill has revealed that he’s expecting his first child with his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso.
Cavill and Viscuso have been dating since 2021, when they first made their relationship Instagram official.
But the latest update from the pair is the most exciting yet – they’re expecting their first child together!
The Superman actor revealed the news to Access Hollywood while on the red carpet for his new movie, Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
“I’m very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited,” he told the outlet. “I’m sure you’ll see much more of that.”
Speaking to E! News, Cavill gushed about his partner, who is Vice President of TV Roy Lee’s Vertigo Entertainment.
“I’ve never known someone to work as hard as her,” Cavill said.
He went on to explain what home life is like for them: “We’re not shy of a kitchen dance party, I’ll tell you that much. A bottle of wine goes down range.”
“Obviously not now – but previously,” he added.
The 40-year-old actor previously opened up to Men’s Health about his hopes to become a dad in the future.
“If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running round after them,” he told the outlet back in 2017.
“And if I do have kids, even now, it’s starting to get quite late. But I want to be a fit and healthy dad, not hobbling round like, ‘OK, I’m just going to catch a breather.’”
