According to a royal etiquette expert, who spoke to The Sun, she said:
"Traditionally the push present, or gift given to celebrate the birth of a child, would be given bedside on the day of the birth from the father to the mother.
“I think Prince Harry will get Meghan a custom piece of jewellery, perhaps with the date of the birth or initials of the new royal baby to make it extra special.
“From the beginning of their relationship, they have used jewellery to keep close, with the duo wearing matching bracelets while Meghan was in Toronto and Prince Harry was in London."
The expert continued that she believes the piece of jewellery will be gold and either a bracelet or a necklace.
If Harry does gift Meghan jewellery as a push present, he will be following in the steps of his brother, Prince William who gave his wife a pendant and diamond earrings to mark the births of Prince George and Prince Charlotte.
