Apparently, Meghan Markle is considering a VERY unusual birthing technique

Why not, sure?

Hey, did you know that Meghan Markle is pregnant? Of course you did.

Anyway, the gorgeous Duchess is due in the Spring of 2019, and the birthing plans are already underway.

It seems as though Meghan is going to take an alternative route in terms of welcoming her baby.

According to Vanity Fair’s Royal correspondent (hello, dream job), Katie Nicholl, there’s “some talk” of a home birth.

And apparently, Meghan has been considering very unusual techniques to deal with the pain of labour.

The Duchess is said to be looking into the practice of “hypnobirthing”.

Yeah, we have no clue what it is either.

It is a pain management method, which can be used during labour and birth, that involves using a mixture of visualisation, relaxation and deep breathing techniques.

Hypnobirthing involves breathing exercises, which are employed in antenatal classes, and adds mindfulness techniques to help with concentration.

We’d prefer an epidural, but each to their own.
