Lisa went through early menopause.
Presenter Lisa Snowdon has opened up about her life without children, revealing she is content with her choice to not welcome a baby.
The 51 year old experienced early menopause at the age of 44 and due to this, she is unable to have children.
Speaking in a recent interview, Lisa revealed she has accepted that she will never be a mum and is at peace with the idea.
When speaking to her fiancee George about the possibility of having children, Lisa said he suggested that they instead go on different adventures together and escape the pressure.
She told Prima magazine: “I’m at peace now with not having children. I feel like everything is as it is meant to be.
“When George and I got back together, I said, ‘You know, if we want to have kids, we probably need to get on with that.
“He said, ‘Why don’t you and I just go on adventures together?’ It immediately took the pressure off.'”
This is not the first time Lisa has gotten candid about her fertility as she recently shared that she had a heartbreaking miscarriage after an attack by an abusive ex-boyfriend.
Now with George and much happier, the two first began dating 22 years ago when working for MTV and rekindled the romance in 2015.
Lisa says George has been her “rock” during this time as she went through menopause, being honest about the struggles including sleep deprivation, “angry rages” and weight gain.
