Prince Harry is the absolute image of Prince Philip in this throwback picture

Rebecca O'Keeffe

Ah, nothing beats a cheeky royal throwback picture.

We love looking through the archives, and seeing the Queen as a child, and all that kind of stuff.

And now, a picture of Prince Philip from the World War II era has been released.

The most impressive part of the snap? The fact that young Prince Philip is the IMAGE of Prince Harry.

Like seriously, twinning!

Chris Jackson, a royal photographer, shared the snap of Prince Philip on the cover of Paris Match from 1957.

“I spotted this beautiful 1957 vintage cover of a @parismatch_magazine whilst visiting our wedding venue in France a couple of years ago – Who does it remind you of!?” he wrote.

He continued, sharing a snap of Prince Harry in similar clothing.

PRINCE PHILIP

“Swipe right to see! I think it may have been colourised from a black and white negative but correct me if I’m wrong. Was very happy when the lovely people at @chateaurigaud let me keep it!”

“Whilst today it’s very much a ‘Modern Monarchy’ it’s these historical reference points that make photographing the Royal family so unique and remind you of the centuries of tradition that remain at their core.”

How mad is it that the two lads are so alike?
