Ursula Jacob is officially a mum-of-two
Huge congratulations are in order for Ursula Jacob who has welcomed her second child into the world.
The mum and her husband Brendan Cruise shared the joyous news on X.
Brendan posted a beautiful photo of him and their newborn to reveal the news.
He confirmed Ursula gave birth to a healthy baby boy and even revealed their son’s name.
He joked, “Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to name him Apollo or Tom.”
“I would like to proudly introduce James Cruise to the world,” the proud dad added.
The name James has been one of the most popular baby boy names in Ireland for the past few years.
It comes as no surprise to see the name rising in popularity as it means ‘may God protect’.
Ursula also announced the news on social media and confirmed their baby boy was born on December 6th.
“James Conor Cruise made his way to us on Friday 6th December, weighing a whopping 9lbs 4oz!” the new mum said.
“Brídín is already the best big sister to her baby brother! [We are] Feeling so blessed and grateful,” she said.
Ursula and Brendan are already parents to a three-year-old daughter named Brídín.
Speaking about her growing family, Ursula previously told RSVP that Brendan has been incredibly supportive.
“It is going to be busy but I have an extremely supportive husband who allows me to do what I do,” she said.
