Diana invited Sarah to a party at Windsor Castle, where she met Andrew for the first time in years.
At the party and hit it off, starting to date the same week - going on to get married and have two kids.
Speaking with The Daily Mail, she said:
She continued:
"Diana was my best friend and the funniest person I knew. She had such timing and wit."
“It was a total joy to be with her because we just laughed and enjoyed life so much, and I know she would have loved the wedding."
We have no doubt that Princess Diana would have enjoyed all the royal festivities that happened this year!
