22-year-old Jack Woodward ran the London marathon dressed as a giant pair of testicles to honour his friend, Rob Harris, who passed away from testicular cancer last year aged just 21. 38,000 people ran in the marathon but hands down Woodward had the biggest balls of the lot.
Woodward has set up a fundraising campaign in his friend’s honor.
Mr. Testicles, himself, is a character with a life of its own and many people have donned the costume over the years to highlight the cause as he is a mascot of the Male Cancer Awareness Campaign.
