Wow.
When it comes to cleaning white runners, it feels like we have tried just about everything – and we mean everything.
And even though they come out a tad bit cleaner, we’ll admit it: they just aren’t as white as we’d like them.
Sometimes, we feel like we’re fighting a losing battle with the kids’ shoes because they’ll be clean one day and not the next.
However, one woman shared her cleaning hack on Twitter, and we have to say, it’s pretty great.
It recently resurfaced online, and we are just going to have to give it a whirl again.

Twitter user @sarahtraceyy first shared a before and after picture of her Converse, and the difference is pretty shocking.
And after so many people asked her how she did it, she shared her hack on the social networking site.
The recipe for cleaning the Converse is pretty simple – in fact, you’ve probably already got the ingredients at home.
ok rinse shoes, mix 1:1.5 of baking soda & detergent, scrub w toothbrush, let it sit for a while, rinse, put in washer, baby powder/dry? https://t.co/D5Skp5ha3x
