Sunday nights and Call the Midwife are the perfect combination.
The emotional BBC drama series never fails to leave us in floods of tears every Sunday, but next week's episode has left viewers feeling concerned.
We just got over the emotional turmoil of last night's episode when the preview appeared on screen.
Every episode of Call the Midwife is usually full of moving storylines, struggling characters, and uplifting moments.
However, it looks like the usual expectant mums aren't the only ones who will need the midwives' help next week.
In the short preview clip, Fred can be seen getting help from the ladies of Nonnatus House.

The teaser doesn't go into detail about what exactly is wrong with Fred, but fans are praying it's nothing serious.
One wrote, "I'm forming a Fred protection squad as we speak."
Another added, "If anything happens to Fred I will never forgive the BBC."
"I'm worried about Fred. That shot of him looking in the mirror and the clips of next week's episode are making me worried," another shared.
The synopsis for next week's episode has also sparked fans' concerns.
It reads: 'Nurse Crane helps a struggling first-time mother accept her baby’s birth defect, and Violet’s bid to be mayor is thrown into turmoil by unforeseen circumstances.'
Call the Midwife wouldn't be the same without Fred.
Season 13 of Call the Midwife returns next Sunday at 8 pm.
