Junior Eurovision takes place this weekend!
Jessica McKean from Donegal will represent Ireland at the Junior Eurovision 2023 competition on Sunday November 26th in Nice, France.
Jessica, who is just 10 years of age, is from Lifford in County Donegal and is the youngest singer to represent Ireland at this huge event.
Her Junior Eurovision experience isn’t the first time she’s taken to the stage, having won a singing competition at her first Féis (Gaelic arts and culture festival) at just three years old.
The young performer also featured on RTÉ’s Donncha’s ‘Two Talented,’ singing ‘I Love You Honey’ by Patsy Cline and has won numerous competitions, cups and medals since.
Jessica’s song ‘Aisling’, is written by Niall Mooney who also wrote Niamh Kavanagh’s ‘It’s for You’ as well as numerous other Junior Eurovision entries.

Junior Eurovision 2023 will be broadcast live on TG4 at 3:00 pm and 16 countries are competing in this mega event.
