How do we raise our children to love their bodies and have a healthy relationship with food?

Welcome back to The Mothership; Ireland's first parenting panel show. Each week, we bring the issues that matter most to Irish families to the table. Episode 3 is all about raising kids to love their bodies and have a healthy relationship with food. Joining us is body positivity activist Michelle McCormick, dietician Sarah Keogh and Ellen Jennings from BodyWhys: The Eating Disorder Association of Ireland. We'd love to hear your thought in the Facebook and Instagram comments.
