3-ingredient glitter slime that will entertain the kids for at least an hour

Brilliant. 

Fear not. Australian blogger and career nanny Olivia has come up with this genius 3-ingredient slime – the perfect sensory activity that will – hopefully – entertain your kids for a good while. (So you can put you feet up and have a much deserved coffee, mama). The best bit? You most likely have these three ingredients handy already:

3-Ingredient Sparky Glitter Slime

Ingredients

2 ½ cups Cornstarch

½ cup Shampoo

Glitter

Instructions

• Place the cornstarch into a mixing bowl and add shampoo.
• Mix well with a spoon until mixture is crumbly.
• Add water 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency. If you make it too runny, just add a tablespoon of cornstarch, or if its too dry, just add more water.
• Add glitter (or food colouring) and mix well!

Note: The slime will keep for a few days stored in an airtight container. If it feels a little dry, you'll need to add a few teaspoons of water to rehydrate.
