Fed up of the bedtime battle?

Parents who struggle to get their kids to nod off at night will be intrigued by a new audio app which promises serious results.

Moshi Twilight has been designed to lull restless little ones off to sleep.

The bedtime storytelling app does this with a mixture of soothing sounds, melodies and beats.

It’s been a hit with mums and dads in the UK, who say that the app has helped them to get their troublesome little sleepers down to sleep.

Over 20 per cent of the parents who have tried the app say it helped get their children to sleep 20 minutes faster than usual, according to it developers Mind Candy.

“We understand the challenges faced by millions of parents every day in getting their kids to sleep,” said Mind Candy’s Michael Acton Smith.

“Our Sleep Stories have been created to support bedtime routines alongside the traditional bedtime story, to be played once children are ready for lights out, to calmly lull them off into a peaceful sleep.”

The same people who created the Moshi Twilight app also have a similar app for adults who have trouble sleeping – the Calm Sleep Stories app.
