The Love Island star welcomed her first child in December.
Cara De La Hoyde has shared an unedited snap from when she welcomed her first child, Freddie-George back in December.
The reality star posted the picture on Instagram today and is already being praised by fans for the candid picture.
“So yep, giving birth isn’t glamorous,” she captioned the picture with her son.
“I look relieved and exhausted but it’s worth every minute of pain.
“Our first family photo ever.”
New dad Nathan Massey looks over the moon in the adorable picture where we can just about see the top of Freddie-George’s head.
The post was praised by other mums who congratulated the Love Island star for her honest portrayal of giving birth.

The pair welcomed their first child on December 13 and Cara said from the moment she held her boy in her arms that her “heart could burst” with love for him.
The new parents shared the first official look at their son in OK magazine where Cara shared details of her delivery.
“I did plan on having a water birth, but I was very much of the mindset that whatever happens, happens.
“I couldn’t have an epidural as I was too far gone.”
