Dad spends 3 days in Disneyland with 3 kids… his experiences are priceless

Most of us know well the struggle of getting the kids from A-to-B with as little stress as possible.

But taking them - THREE of them under 11 - on a flight to Disneyland? Well, that's another ballgame. Still, it's what Clint Edwards, a writer who regularly contributes to the likes of the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Huffington Post, recently did. https://twitter.com/byclintedwards/status/940317329375629312 Clint runs an insanely popular blog that documents his life as a dad - saying of his own experiences of parenthood. Mr Edwards compares his more recent experiences in Disneyland as being akin to "competing in an iron man". "Flight attendant gave 3yo half cup of juice, and the kid handled it like a drunk woman in heels stumbling on a dance floor with a martini," he begins. When the family actually arrived at the amusement park itself, he continues: "Spent yearly salary on churros and children began to actually sweat cinnamon and sugar." There were some more touching moments, however - especially when he rode Pirates Of The Caribbean with his 8-year-old daughter and afterwards "she called me her protector. Heart melted". Although after "spending two days eating junk and spinning on rides," the same 8-year-old "threw up popcorn and churros in the night, and for some reason we were genuinely shocked as to why it happened". "3yo peed in all 13 pairs of underwear. Hotel didn’t have washing machines, so we washed them in the hotel sink with shampoo and hung them around the room to dry," Clint furthermore explains. https://twitter.com/byclintedwards/status/940993898154942464 Other laugh-out-loud observations include the eight-year-old crying "because the hotel water tasted funny". Clint, who has a book coming out next spring, shared his memories on Facebook - and the post has now garnered more than 2K reactions (we're not remotely surprised).
