It’s a challenge.

Eva Longoria welcomed her newborn son last month.

The actress named him Santiago Enrique Bastón after he entered the world on June 19 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighing 6 lbs and 13 oz.

Eva has been sharing numerous photos of her little one on social media over the past three weeks, however she has now revealed that she has gone back to work.

In an Instagram post, she admitted that the photoshoot she took part in was hard, and she struggled a little bit with breastfeeding Santiago.

She wrote: “First photo shoot after pregnancy! Not gonna lie, this one was hard! Trying to breastfeed and work around Santiago’s schedule.”

She then thanked her photographer for being so helpful: “Couldn’t think of better hands to be in than my dear friend @bernardodoral! Thank you for making it as fun as always!!”

Eva has been very thankful of the team around her since giving birth, and even thanked the nurses at Cedar-Sinai Medical after she delivered her little one.

Writing on Instagram, she said:

“Starting off my Monday full of gratitude for this little blessing of a human! Pepe and I want to thank all the nurses at @cedarssinai who took such great care of my baby and I.

“You are all angels, sharing your knowledge and experience to make sure new moms feel good about going home and caring for this fragile life of a newborn.

“I love this picture as a reminder that no matter how big you grow Santiago, you will always be my baby!”
