The way Harry paid tribute to his mum at the wedding will leave you bawling

She was a notable absence on the day.

Princess Diana died in a car-crash in Paris more than 20 years ago when Harry was aged just 12. However, on Saturday she was certainly not forgotten. As 600 guests filled St George's Chapel for ceremony, one prominent chair was purposely left empty... a symbol of where she should be seated. All three of Diana's siblings were present, with her sister, Lady Jane Fellowes, giving a powerful reading at the very beginning of the ceremony.

Otherwise, there were white roses included in the floral arrangements and Meghan's own bouquet was constructed from forget-me-nots - Diana's favourite flower.

Similarly, at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding in Westminster Abbey seven years ago, a prominent chair was also left empty. And, of course, Kate wears Diana's engagement ring.
